Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Manage recruitment, coaching, training and retention of operation and kitchen team, and always strive to strengthen understanding, teamwork and commitment of team members
  • Organize work flow to ensure the entire cycle of operation included food, ordering, storing, preparing, and food delivery are followed and served on daily basis
  • Ensure high standard of safety, cleaniness, and hygine are met at all time
  • Responsible and manage company operation costs, sales and profits
  • Attend customer feedbacks and comments, take immediate actions and measure on timely basis

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent.
  • At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Dynamic individual with good communication skills both in written and spoken English Language.
  • Able to lead by example, hardworking with good integrity and honesty and commitment towards the company’s business objective
  • Must possess good customer interaction skills.
  • Must possess good sales and negotiation skills.
  • Must possess an analytical mind, a good and strong task master.

Chef

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible and co-ordinate all food preparation and manage kitchen operations, food quality, cost and wastage and spoilage control.
  • Ensure foods are prepared safely, hygienically and kitchen adheres to sanitation level with high standard as the 1st priority.
  • Hard drive, initiative and possess good creativity in new food and presentation.
  • Ensure sufficient stock of food supplies for daily operation.
  • Ensure kitchen's machinery, equipment and tools are in good and safety condition, properly handled and well kept.
  • Good understanding in preparing multi racial, nutritious and balance diet food.
  • Manage food cost within budget guidelines.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma / Professional Certificate in Culinary, others or equivalent.
  • At least 5 years of working experience in Chinese or good knowledge in Western/Asean cuisine.
  • Pleasant personality, positive attitude and excellent interpersonal with leadership qualities
  • Good management skills in food production and cost control
  • Able to lead by example, hardworking with good integrity and honesty and commitment towards the company’s business objective
